These Terms govern your use of Reality Radar (“the Service”), operated by Project Team For You (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
Reality Radar helps you notice changes in official sources — such as product recalls, end-of-life dates, vulnerabilities, data breaches and changes to pricing or terms pages — that may relate to items you register. It is an information service. It does not replace official notices from manufacturers, regulators or service providers, and it is not legal, financial, medical or safety advice.
2. No guarantee of completeness
- We do not detect every change, and we do not detect changes in real time.
- We do not cover every product, website or country.
- Automated and AI-assisted matching and summaries can be wrong; match levels and confidence are estimates.
- There can be missed events and false alarms.
- Before taking any safety, legal or financial action, always check the original official notice linked in each signal.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secret and be at least the minimum age in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity on your account. Guest accounts may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to access private networks, internal addresses or systems you are not authorised to access (including by registering such URLs);
- register pages behind logins or paywalls, or use the Service to circumvent access controls, robots.txt or a site’s terms;
- overload, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service or the sources it checks;
- upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or impersonate others;
- resell or redistribute the Service or its data without our written permission, except as allowed by the API terms.
5. Content and sources
Source content belongs to its owners. We show links, short quotations and summaries for information purposes and attribute every source. Your items and notes remain yours; you grant us a licence to process them only to provide the Service.
6. API and webhooks
API keys are personal to your workspace; keep them secret and revoke them if exposed. We may apply rate limits and quotas, and may suspend keys that are abused. Webhook payloads are signed; you must verify signatures. Event data is provided with its provenance and the same no-guarantee terms.
7. Free beta and changes
The Service is currently free and in beta. Features may change or end. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish prices and give at least 30 days’ notice; no charges will be made without your explicit agreement.
8. Notifications
You control which notifications you receive. Delivery of email and push messages depends on third-party networks and devices and is not guaranteed.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risks, with notice where reasonable.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on information without checking the official source. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We will post changes here and notify you at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to you). If you do not agree, you may delete your account before the effective date.
