What the official notice says

Risk: Testing has indicated that this product does not achieve its declared reaction to fire performance. The reaction to fire performance declared in the manufacturers Declaration of Performance is B2ca-s1a,d1,a1 class. Independent testing has indicated that the performance achieved by the product was Dca-s2,d2,a1.

Remedy / actions:

• The UK importer (Cloudswitched Limited) has been served a Prohibition Notice (Serial Number: PN/ECF/071025). This can be accessed here: OPSS enforcement actions 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 - GOV.UK
• The Notice prohibits Cloudswitched Limited from supplying the Product in Great Britain without the consent of OPSS. Supply includes offering to supply, agreeing to supply, exposing for supply and possessing for supply.
• The Prohibition Notice also requires the UK importer (Cloudswitch Limited) to recall the product from the UK market.
