What the official notice says

Risk: serious risk — The product presents a risk of choking because the metal spring clip detached at a force below the required minimum, which caused the connecting O-ring to open. If removed from the fabric, the O-ring is a small part which fits wholly within a small parts cylinder. A young child may place the small part in their mouth, where it could obstruct the airway and lead to choking.

Remedy / actions:

• The product has been recalled from end users by TK Maxx.
