How we measure
- A source counts as down when it fails 3 runs in a row or has no successful run for more than three times its schedule.
- Sources that need a key we have not set up, or that have nothing to watch, are shown as not monitored — never as healthy or down.
- Incidents list only outages of sources and the collection worker, with start and end times. Error details stay private.
